GGI has undertaken a considerable number of workplace investigations for medium-large quasi-governmental agencies and private companies in Newfoundland and Labrador in relation to both rights-based (e.g. sexual) and personal harassment. Investigations have included those involving multiple parties and unionized employees. GGI can also conduct preliminary assessments as to whether there is a sufficient evidence to proceed with formal investigations.

For human resources matters that do not proceed to formal investigation, GGI can also provide mediation / Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services for managers and/or employees.

GGI also offers services in respectful workplace / anti-harassment policy & procedure development and associated training.
