Job Description:
Goss Gilroy Inc. (GGI), a leading management consulting firm specializing in program evaluation, performance measurement, applied social research, organizational development and strategic learning, is seeking senior level candidates for the position of Principal. As a senior member of the GGI team, the Principal is responsible for building long-term client relationships; leading complex and strategic projects while applying proven project management techniques; providing mentoring and coaching to staff; and developing new and existing business markets. The Principal is expected to play a self-sustaining leadership role in his/her markets soon after joining GGI.
Educational Requirement: Post-secondary degree at the Master’s level.
Language Requirement: Ability to work in both English and French is an asset.
Work Experience Requirement:
- At least ten years’ experience in a consulting role in one or more areas in which GGI practices.
- Experience in a leadership role with strong experience in coaching and staff development.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a variety of highly talented professionals in a team-based work environment.
