Simon Roy (PhD) is a Partner at GGI and specializes in social-economic and evaluation research. He is a credentialed evaluator from the Canadian Evaluation Society. Over the last few years, Dr. Roy conducted evaluations in a wide variety of areas including human resources and training, economic development, languages and culture, industrial research, and Aboriginal affairs. He also managed many research projects and management consulting assignments for public, not-for-profit and private sector organizations. Dr. Roy has expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. He is a highly experienced focus group moderator and has designed questionnaires for telephone, fax, mail and Web surveys. He also conducted many projects involving efficiency and cost-benefit analyses. He speaks French and English fluently and has published a number of research and methodological papers. Dr. Roy’s security clearance is at the secret level.
