Ken Organ has been a Partner with GGI since 2004 and is currently Managing Partner of the St. John’s office and Chair of the Board of Directors. He has been practicing in the areas of evaluation, applied social research, policy review and analysis, economic analysis, and web-based application development and implementation for over 20 years.
Ken has managed large national multi-year projects as well as smaller local projects. He works extensively with Indigenous groups, community agencies and federal and provincial governments. Most recently, Ken has focused on supporting the delivery of labour market programs and services by Indigenous groups and community agencies, the evaluation of labour market programs and services and services provided to at-risk groups, and economic impact analysis.
Ken’s strength lies in his ability to bridge the gap between qualitative and quantitative research and clearly articulate findings and their implications for the client. Ken holds a BA in Economics from Memorial University and has a security clearance at the secret level.
