• a Review of National Capacity for Programming in Population carried out for the United Nations Fund for Population (in a consortium with COWIconsult of Copenhagen)
• an Evaluation of Sida's Support to Development Co-operation for the Promotion of Gender Equality, carried out in a consortium with COWIconsult of Copenhagen for the Swedish International Development Agency
• a Program to Support Trade Development Linkages for the Sri-Lanka Garment Industry, carried out for the Commonwealth Secretariat
