Survey Capability


GGI provides high-quality surveying services for public, private and non-profit organizations. GGI uses state-of-the-art software (© Callweb) for surveys conducted on-line, by phone, in person, by mail or through multiple modes.  A complete line of survey services is offered to our clients, including:

  • Customized and computer-assisted survey design services, ranging from simple to extremely complex questionnaires and survey designs 
  • Randomized, quota-driven sampling and post-weighting procedures as required
  • Multiple language surveying services among general public and specific respondent populations, including those with accessibility limitations
  • Data capturing technology for both numerical and text information
  • Extensive security systems and procedures to protect the most sensitive survey information
  • Analysis and reporting of results, ranging from simple two-way tables to complex multivariate analyses
  • Quality control mechanisms meeting the highest industry standards

Internally controlled and managed, our survey centre employs full-time GGI personnel as well as part-time research assistants to assist the team on larger assignments. This provides our clients with the quality control assurances for surveys that they have come to expect from GGI in all aspects of our services. As required, GGI also partners with recognized survey firms to complete exceptionally large survey assignments.
