Sandy Moir (MBA, CMC) is a Partner with GGI who has been practising applied social research and process consulting for over ten years. Most recently, Sandy has been working in the performance measurement field, managing a number of projects in evaluation and Results-Based Management and Accountability Frameworks (RMAFs). She has also be integrally involved in a number of GGI's recent RMAF and results-based management training courses. Other substantive areas of expertise include organizational development and client satisfaction. Methodologically, Sandy is very familiar with both qualitative and quantitative research approaches. She has developed highly responsive research and instrument designs, completed hundreds of interviews, moderated focus groups, managed telephone and mail surveys, and facilitated many workshops on a variety of topics. Sandy has also conducted in-depth integrated analysis and is the primary author for most of her projects. Over the years, Sandy has honed her listening, research design and analysis skills to enable her to deliver relevant, responsive and useful reports and strategic recommendations for her clients. She is security cleared to the Secret level.
