Ms Mailloux (MA) is a Principal at GGI with over 20 years of experience as a consultant and a manager. She has developed expertise in Gender-Based Analysis (GBA), Results-Based Management (RBM) and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), which she has used in the area of social development, health, gender, governance, justice and international development in Canada and in over 20 countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America. She has used her gender-based analysis skills in a variety of capacities, including project management, research, policy, resources development and communication, as well as monitoring and evaluation. She has worked with a variety of organizations to increase their effectiveness to deliver and evaluate programs.
She is an experienced facilitator with a background in participatory methodologies. She conducts culturally sensitive research and has designed inclusive processes to insure the views of diverse stakeholders are represented in research and evaluation projects. She is experienced in a host of data collection methods including document review, interviews, case studies, workshops and focus groups with a wide range of stakeholders from senior government officials to community-level participants.
Ms. Mailloux is fully bilingual. She holds an MA and a BA in Anthropology and a Graduate Certificate in International Development. She has secret level security clearance.
