Ken Organ (BA) is a GGI Partner based in our St. John's Office, who manages GGI's St. John's office and practices in the areas of policy analysis, economic analysis, statistical analysis, information management, survey design, operational and financial reviews, and evaluation. Recently Ken has undertaken a bio-economic analysis of cod farming, a financial review of health and community services boards, an assessment of the economic impact of the Port of St. John's, an evaluation of ACOA economic development programming, an evaluation of the Canada/Newfoundland and Labrador Labour Market Development Agreement, the development of a self sufficiency project research design for the provincial government, as well as designing and developing a web-based financial and case management system for use by Aboriginal Human Resources Development Agreement holders. He has managed large national multi-year projects as well as smaller local projects which involved telephone, mail, and web-based surveys; analysis of administrative data; statistical analysis using SPSS and Stata; web-based application development, hosting, and support; financial and economic analysis; literature reviews; key informant interviews; and qualitative analysis. Ken's strength lies in his ability to bridge the gap between qualitative and quantitative research and clearly articulate findings and their implications for the client. Ken's security clearance is at the Secret level.
