Jim Gilroy (B.A.Sc, M.A.Sc.) a Senior Associate with GGI and former Partner, has more than thirty years of experience in industry and in providing consulting services to both private and public sectors.  He has extensive experience in the application of economics, finance, and statistics to problem solving. Application areas include program evaluation (first evaluation undertaken in 1979), economic analyses, management and technology reviews and, the environment.  In each of these areas Mr. Gilroy has been responsible for all aspects of the design and implementation of methodologies required to complete the assignments he has been commissioned to carry out.  Jim's security clearance is at the secret level.
