Hendrik Siré (MA, MBA, CMA, CMC) is a fully bilingual GGI Partner who practices in the diverse areas of resource management, capital asset management, accrual accounting, business case preparation and evaluation, and related training. Recently, his work in resource management and capital assets has focussed on assisting Canadian federal government departments: build asset-related strategic and management frameworks and related policies; prepare Long-Term Capital Plans, a requirement of the Treasury Board; and analyze the demand for resource inputs - funding, human resources, capital assets - in support of programs and business lines. Hendrik has developed and delivered training programs in French and English in the areas of real property, accrual accounting, and business case preparation. Hendrik has expertise in time-value-of-money analysis, budget analysis, business, and strategic planning, and in developing and delivering quality training programs. As a professional accountant and a Dean's Honours List MBA from the University of Western Ontario, Hendrik works to provide clients with sharp cutting edge customized solutions, capable of withstanding close scrutiny.
