Donald Hall (PhD) is a GGI Principal with an interest in Program Evaluation, Applied Research, and Organization Development. He has completed projects, ranging from half-day seminars to multi-year, multinational evaluations. His clients include the Canadian Government (social, cultural, economic, international affairs, and justice sectors), provincial governments, municipal governments, NGOs, professional associations, and international development agencies. He brings a strategic perspective to his assignments, employing such methodological approaches as organization and program needs assessment, non-experimental research design, quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, group facilitation, and coaching. Before joining GGI, Don was Vice President of Gallup Canada and Managing Partner of the Tweedsmuir Group. Don has taught for over 15 years in the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University, and is active in the Canadian Evaluation Society and the Organization Development Network of Ottawa-Outaouais (former President). Don’s security clearance is at the secret level.
