Blair Jackson, a Consultant Manager with GGI, has 10 years of consulting experience in applied social research. His main areas of concentration are program evaluation, performance measurement, and community-based health studies. His program evaluation experience includes topics such as social interventions, health, economic development, science and technology, and issues facing Aboriginal communities. Blair is also experienced in the training and management of field teams that conduct large-scale field studies, including human health studies.
Blair is very familiar with qualitative and quantitative research approaches. He has developed research instruments, completed hundreds of interviews, moderated focus groups, developed case studies and managed large-scale surveys. Using these multiple lines of inquiry, Blair has conducted integrated analysis for reporting purposes. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Geography) from Lakehead University and is in the process of completing a Master of Arts (Integrated Studies) from Athabasca University.
He is security cleared to the Secret level.
