Bea Courtney (MBA) is a GGI Partner based in our St. John's Office, with extensive experience in evaluation, program and policy development, and policy research in both the public and private sectors.  She has worked in varied policy areas, including social, labour market, health, and cultural sectors, as well as in the analysis of programming for Aboriginal people, women, immigrants and persons with disabilities.  She has participated in projects at the national level and throughout the Atlantic provinces.  Bea is a member of the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES) National Council, where she leads the organization of a national student evaluation case competition, one of several CES learning initiatives.  Bea's security clearance is at the secret level.
