Sarah Mills
Sarah Mills (MBA, LLB, BEd) is a Senior Associate based in our St. John’s office. She has over five years’ experience in conducting evaluations. Adept at managing research projects and carrying out document, literature and jurisdictional reviews, Sarah has also conducted numerous key-informant interviews, focus groups and case studies. Much of Sarah’s project work lies in the law/justice sector, including undertaking workplace/harassment investigations, revamping and delivering sexual harassment training, serving as Protected Disclosure Coordinator for the receipt of complaints of wrongdoing by members of a public university, drafting respectful workplace and human rights complaint policies and procedures, designing and conducting gender-based analyses and employment equity systems reviews, and examining the structure of human rights and equity offices across North American universities. Prior to joining GGI, she led UNICEF human rights training and law reform projects in the South Pacific and SouthEast Asia. Sarah’s security clearance is at the Secret level.
