GGI manages the design, development, and support of the Accountability and Resource Management System (ARMS). ARMS is a secure web-based system, designed to support the delivery of employment programs and services by a wide variety of service providers.

The system provides a means to document and report on:

  • Client demographic information
  • The case management process
  • Programs and services accessed by clients
  • Client outcomes

ARMS allows users to monitor activities and outcomes on an ongoing basis and facilitates reporting to funders for accountability and project monitoring purposes.

ARMS is hosted and supported by Goss Gilroy Inc. (GGI) from its office in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. Under contract to ARMS Inc., GGI has supported ARMS since the financial module was first implemented in 1999.

Support is provided through a 1 800 number which connects users directly to system designers, programmers, and expert users. In addition to telephone-based support, the ARMS web site contains additional support resources for the ARMS user community.
